May it be laziness of winter morning or stress after sleepless nights of work tea is one such thing which can work as a refresher and start your day in a good mood.
Tea is something which is completely subjective to person to person some like it without milk, some with sugar and some without sugar. There are also many variations of preparing tea so perfect tea is different to every person who is reading this article.
But here we are going to list out 5 such tea places where you can enjoy tea which is likely to suit everyone's taste.
Arun Tea Stall:
Address: 25/1, Shakespeare Sarani, Theatre Road, Kolkata

First on our list is Arun Tea Stall. This place is fairly famous among chai lovers in Kolkata. This a small shop operated by 3 or 4 men there is no seating arrangement but still, whenever you visit this place you will find it crowded.
The only reason for it getting so much popularity is the flavour of their tea. They offer tea in 2 options according to the amount of tea, one is medium and one is big.

The speciality of this place is the Keasar Chai(saffron Tea). They put saffron to give it a beautiful aroma and the taste gets a very soothing touch because of it. The price of the medium tea is 30 rupees and big is for 50 rupees.

They also have some snacks which you can eat with tea like kachori, samosa, gulab jamun etcetera. So if you visit the Kesar chai is a must try.
Sharma Tea House:
Address: 5/6, Sambhunath Pandit St, Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal 700025

Coming in the second spot on our list we have Sharma Tea House. It is near Bhowanipore just opposite to the gurudwara.

This is a fairly big shop, it sells many sweets and snacks. But the main reason why it is on our list is the tea here is very good, Taste is very good perfectly sweetened at least to my taste.
They have some benches in front of the shop so you can have a sit and enjoy your tea. If I have to name one USP of this place then apart from the taste it will be the amount of tea they give for your money. The prices start from 15 rupees and go up to 100 rupees for tea. But the middle ground I would say for 30 rupees you can get the amount which will satisfy your tea thirsty heart. Now if you want more you can try 100 rupees one where they will literally give you a big glass full of tea.
Balwant Singh Eating House :
Address:10/B, Harish Mukherjee Rd, Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal 700025

This pace is also in Bhowanipore and it is just opposite to the Sharma tea house. It is firstly a Dhaba it offers many foods and has a nice big sitting arrangement on the first floor. But on the ground floor of it, they also serve tea.

First, if you want to have tea you have to buy a token and then you will get the tea. This system is good but honestly, when this place gets crowded I don't think getting in line to get a coupon for a cup of tea is feasible.

And the taste of the tea is good but nothing out of this world but one more reason for including this will be this place stays open until 2 AM at night. So if you want to have a cup of tea in midnight it is one of the options for you. And also the price to the sheer amount you get of tea is not very good also.
Hari Dar Cha:
This place is near Nandan and it is just like any other tea shops you have in your locality. It is just beside the back side gate of Nandan. But the speciality is the quality of the tea. It is very tasteful and after spending time with your friends in Nandan this the perfect place to have tea in the evening.
So these were some of the best places but ending it off I would like to add it is us who make any place good or bad so if you like any tea shop in your locality where you can have a cup of tea and some hot political debate or maybe some sports debate with your friends then that might be the perfect place for you.
